Naples Beach Club, a Four Seasons Resort, is seeking a Tennis Guest Services Agent to deliver exemplary service at the reception desk for residents and guests. You will ensure smooth check-in/out, assist with queries, and promote tennis services in a luxury setting.

This full-time role requires a polished, energetic professional with 1+ years of guest service experience, strong computer skills, and excellent English communication. We offer competitive benefits and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years in guest/customer service, preferably in luxury settings.
• Experience with technology and POS systems is required.
• Excellent communication, organization, and a professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the pre-opening team.
• Greet guests, answer calls, schedule appointments, check out guests.
• Respond to guest needs and special requests with recommendations.
• Use POS to charge for services and retail items.
• Describe tennis services and activities to guests.
• Provide exceptional service and resolve complaints.
• Report maintenance issues to the manager.
• Assist Tennis Attendants during busy periods.
• Work with tennis professionals during lessons and events.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
