Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Passion for tennis and guest service.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with professional service.
• Assist with court reservations and scheduling.
• Coordinate tennis activities, clinics, tournaments, and events.
• Maintain facilities, equipment, and common areas.
• Assist with equipment rentals, sales, and repairs.
• Enforce club policies to ensure safety and enjoyment.
• Support lesson scheduling and player registration.
• Assist with event setup and member support.
• Respond to inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with other departments to promote programs.
• Cover the tennis kiosk in the lower tennis area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
