Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Pickleball Team Member to assist the Pickleball Coordinator and Tennis Manager with day-to-day operations, scheduling court time, and educating members on programs and equipment.

The role emphasizes exceptional customer service to drive repeat visits. Responsibilities include greeting and scheduling, explaining programs, building member relationships, maintaining facilities, promoting Life Time offerings, and handling daily billing.

Qualifications

• Working toward a High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• CPR and AED certification preferred.
• Computer experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet, schedule court time, and assist members in a friendly and professional manner.
• Explain Pickleball programs, services, and equipment to members and help determine individual needs.
• Initiate, develop and maintain personalized relationships with members.
• Ensure pickleball facilities and equipment are clean, organized and in good working condition.
• Promote Life Time programs, products, and services.
• Process daily billing and reconcile the cash register at the end of a shift.
