Job summary

The Resort at Longboat Key Club is seeking a Tennis Concierge to deliver exceptional guest service within the tennis facilities on site in Longboat Key, FL. You will greet guests, assist with check-in, and provide information on programs, lessons, and court availability.

Responsibilities include coordinating court bookings, assisting with tournaments and events, handling inquiries, and maintaining a clean and organized facility.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience in hospitality is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of tennis rules, terminology, and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with check-in and registration.
• Provide information on tennis programs, lessons, and court availability.
• Coordinate court reservations and assign courts to guests.
• Assist with organizing tennis tournaments and special events.
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the tennis facilities.
• Other duties as assigned.
