Job summary

The Resort at Longboat Key Club is seeking a Tennis Concierge to elevate guest and member experiences within our tennis facilities. You will greet guests, assist with check-in, share information on programs and court availability, and coordinate court reservations to ensure smooth play.

Responsibilities include organizing tennis tournaments, handling inquiries professionally, maintaining a clean facility, and supporting staff to deliver an exceptional resort experience.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience, preferably in a hospitality setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of tennis rules, terminology, and equipment.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• At least a 3.0+ rating in NTRP.
• Available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

The Tennis Concierge will serve as a point of contact for all tennis-related inquiries and will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all guests.
