Job summary

The Resort at Longboat Key Club in Florida is seeking a Tennis Concierge to assist guests and members with check-in, court reservations, and information on tennis programs. You will be the primary contact for tennis inquiries and ensure a seamless, enjoyable experience for all guests.

This role requires hospitality experience, strong communication, tennis knowledge, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced resort environment.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of tennis rules, terminology, and equipment.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• At least a 3.0 + rating in NTRP
• Available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

The Tennis Concierge at The Resort atLongboat Key Club is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assistance to guests and members utilizing the tennis facilities. The Tennis Concierge will serve as a point of contact for all tennis-related inquiries and will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all guests.
