Job summary

Schlumberger Limited seeks a Tender Coordinator within our Commercial Center in Houston to ensure high quality tenders, proposals, and qualifications that clearly communicate our service value.

You will manage standard templates, track schedules and deadlines, and create XaitPorter workspaces while aligning with Ariba submissions when required. Fluency in English and Spanish is essential, as is a Bachelor's degree and 2–10 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Fluent in both English and Spanish.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2-10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all tender submission requirements are captured.
• Prepares and ensures that all requirements are completed by the agreed deadlines.
• Adheres to deadlines and follows up with tender stakeholders to meet them.
• Ensures submission content is coherent and fit for purpose.
• Complies with Tender requirements including delivery checklist and processes.
• Maximizes use of tender library content.
• Plans submission protocol with GeoUnit for e-commerce submissions and remote printing.
• Assists in all proposal close-out procedures including submission archiving.
• Keeps C4C sales stage updated to reflect bid status.
• Participates in continuous improvement of tender processes.
