Job summary

SLB is seeking a Tender Coordinator to ensure high-quality preparation of tenders, proposals and qualifications that clearly communicate the value of our service offerings. The role requires adherence to standard tender templates, formats and submission deadlines across the Commercial Center.

The candidate will manage XaitPorter workspaces, coordinate with the GeoUnit for e-commerce submissions, and contribute to content quality, timelines and continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2-10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all tender submission requirements are captured.
• Prepare and ensure all requirements are completed by deadlines.
• Adhere to deadlines and follow up with stakeholders; escalate to Tender Lead when necessary.
• Ensure submission content is coherent and fit for purpose.
• Comply with Tender requirements and use XaitPorter templates.
• Maximize use of tender library content in preparations.
• Plan submission protocol with GeoUnit for e-commerce submissions (Ariba, etc.).
• Assist in proposal close-out procedures including submission archiving.
• Update C4C sales stage to reflect bid status.
• Participate in continuous improvement of tender processes.
