Job summary

SLB is seeking a Tender Coordinator in the Commercial Center to ensure high-quality preparation of tenders, proposals and qualifications that communicate the value of our services. The role ensures templates and formats are followed, deadlines observed, and submissions archived.

The candidate will coordinate with the GeoUnit for e-commerce submissions, maximize library content, and maintain coherence across all tender materials while supporting continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2-10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all tender submission requirements are captured and met by deadlines.
• Prepare and ensure completeness of tender content and references.
• Follow up with stakeholders to meet deadlines and escalate to Tender Lead when needed.
• Ensure submission content is coherent, well-structured, and fit for purpose.
• Comply with Tender Delivery Checklist and use XaitPorter templates.
• Maximize use of tender library content in the preparation process.
• Coordinate submission protocols with GeoUnit for e-commerce submissions (Ariba, etc.).
• Assist in proposal close-out procedures and submission archiving.
• Keep C4C sales stage updated to reflect bid status.
• Share best practices and participate in process improvements.
