Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in marketing, business, data science, logistics, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in tender management, marketing, or pricing.
• Strong understanding of logistics and transportation industry dynamics.
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Proficient in market research and competitive analysis.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Negotiation skills and experience in contract negotiations.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Fluent in English (oral and written).
• Familiarity with tender management software and data analysis tools.
• Competence in building interactive dashboards using Power BI.
• Experience querying internal databases and managing data entry integrity.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end processing of corporate tenders and RFPs.
• Deconstruct complex customer requirements for global clarity and alignment.
• Build internal data templates to standardize proposals.
• Guarantee mathematical accuracy, formatting integrity, and completeness across submissions.
• Develop multimode transport expertise to steer bid decisions.
• Build shipment simulations, cost models, and variance charts in Excel.
• Track historical data, market trends, and competitor actions to adapt models.
• Use VLOOKUPs, nested formulas, and data manipulation techniques for input sheets.
• Formulate data-backed recommendations for pricing framework adjustments.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to track metrics and win/loss analysis.
• Leverage Power BI data models to present insights on tender performance.
