Qualifications

• BA/BS + 4 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency.
• Experience in tenant relocation, housing programs, or large public-sector initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Establish procedures and data readiness for relocations.
• Develop and coordinate relocation procedures and legal documents.
• Review resident plans, guides, and notices with stakeholders.
• Forecast and manage inventory of vacant apartments.
• Lead line-by-line lease compliance and property reviews.
• Coordinate stakeholder meetings and site visits across NYC boroughs.
