Qualifications

• BA/BS with four years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Experience coordinating across multiple teams in large public-sector programs.

Responsibilities

• Establish procedures and data to support relocation readiness.
• Develop and coordinate relocations procedures and legal documents.
• Review resident plans, guides, notices with stakeholders.
• Forecast and manage inventory of vacant apartments.
• Lead lease compliance and post-award reviews.
• Coordinate access and training for design-builder use of the resident management system.
• Attend regular site visits and evening/weekend meetings in NYC boroughs.
