Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day communications with Market Hall tenants.
• Develop and maintain positive, professional relationships with tenants, hotel team, ownership, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate and distribute tenant communications, updates, notices, and event information.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, inspections, and vendor visits.
• Assist with onboarding new tenants and coordinating move-ins/move-outs.
• Maintain organized records of tenant contacts, certificates of insurance, and vendor documents.
