Job summary

JLL is seeking a Brokerage Coordinator in Austin to support senior brokers and manage cross-functional operations. You will leverage AI tools to produce market analyses, RFPs, LOIs, and reports while coordinating schedules and communications across teams.

You will refine deal documentation, maintain CRM accuracy, and assist with marketing materials and client events, contributing to multi-million-dollar transactions and client strategy within a fast-paced real estate environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional experience supporting multiple executives or teams, preferably in CRE or fast-paced corporate environments.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with strong Excel skills for financial modeling and data analysis.
• Demonstrated interest in commercial real estate and eagerness to build expertise in the industry.
