Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Experience managing projects through full lifecycle.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial management experience.
• Experience with subcontractor scopes, buyout, contracts, and trade coordination.
• Strong scheduling and critical-path management skills.
• Excellent client-facing communication and relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout and client turnover.
• Collaborate with estimating and preconstruction teams on scope, budget, constructability, and risk.
• Develop and negotiate subcontractor scopes and exhibits.
• Manage procurement, coordination, and performance of subcontractors.
• Prepare owner contracts, including AIA contracts.
• Track pay applications and manage project schedules and cost reporting.
• Monitor profitability, forecast costs, and identify financial risks.
• Maintain high standards for quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
