Job summary

Ramos Consulting Services, now a part of Colliers Engineering & Design, seeks a Technical Coordinator to oversee tenant improvement projects such as terminal concessions. You will report to an ADC Project Manager and coordinate architectural design reviews and construction elements.

You will support budget tracking, schedules, and documentation, while ensuring compliance with project and Authority requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher in Architecture, Construction Management, or equivalent experience.
• 5–8 years in design or coordination/management of tenant improvement projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support the Design Review process with stakeholders and coordinate engagements.
• Schedule and coordinate design review meetings and presentations.
• Participate in project coordination to identify interfaces and coordination requirements.
• Track budgets, cost estimates, and project schedules; maintain logs and respond timely.
• Coordinate routing and processing of design deliverables, submittals, RFIs, permits, and close-out materials.
• Assist in addressing Operations and Maintenance issues affecting design, operations, or maintainability.
