Job summary

Ramos CS, now a part of Colliers Engineering & Design, is hiring a Technical Coordinator for tenant improvement projects. You will report to an ADC Project Manager and coordinate architectural design and construction elements.

The role involves supporting design reviews, organizing meetings with stakeholders, tracking budgets and schedules, and ensuring compliance with A&E requirements. Competitive compensation and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Architecture, Construction Management, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in design or coordination/management of tenant improvement projects.
• Effective, collaborative communication and leadership style.
• Comfortable with taking initiative.
• Excellent written and oral skills including ability to communicate complex issues to a non-technical audience.
• Knowledge of Bluebeam, Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with CAD and BIM programs, is required.
• Knowledge of Project Management software such as PM Web or equivalent, is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Design Review process for all project related deliverables with stakeholders, including organizing stakeholder engagement and review comment processes.
• Schedule and coordinate design review meetings with stakeholders and present to them in collaboration with tenant designers and contractors.
• Assist in tracking project budgets, cost estimates, and schedules; maintain tracking logs and monitor responses from participants.
• Coordinate routing, tracking, and administrative processing of tenant design deliverables, changes, submittals, RFIs, and permit documents.
• Support operations with design considerations and maintainability of facilities and utilities.
