You will greet prospects, conduct property tours, explain pricing and lease terms, process applications and background checks, prepare leases, collect rent, and coordinate maintenance with a proactive, tenant-focused approach. Qualifications

• Prior leasing experience required.
• LIHTC/tax credit knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent communication and negotiation of terms.
• Good phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
• Accurate data entry and tenant record keeping.
• Detail-oriented with multitasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective tenants professionally.
• Conduct property tours and showcase units.
• Provide pricing, amenities, and lease terms information.
• Process rental applications and conduct background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements and collect required documents.
• Collect rent and follow up on late payments.
• Address tenant inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Maintain tenant files and use company software to track leads.
• Assist with property maintenance tasks as needed.
