Job summary

Green Alpha Property Management in Theodore, AL is seeking a Leasing Specialist to manage 3 small complexes daily. You will greet prospective tenants, conduct tours, present pricing and lease terms, and process applications.

You will collect rent, handle inquiries, maintain tenant records, and use our software to track leads. Prior customer service or leasing experience and strong communication are preferred, with equal opportunity employment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or property leasing preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively negotiate lease terms.
• Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for interacting with tenants and prospects.
• Proficient in data entry and record keeping maintaining accurate tenant information.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective tenants in a professional and friendly manner.
• Conduct property tours and showcase available units to potential renters.
• Provide accurate information about rental properties, including pricing, amenities, and lease terms.
• Process rental applications and perform background checks on applicants.
• Prepare lease agreements and ensure all required documents are completed accurately.

• Address tenant inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintain organized files and records of tenant information, leases, and maintenance requests.
• Utilize company software to track leads, prospects, and tenant interactions.
• Assist with property maintenance tasks as needed.

As Leasing Specialist, you will be a key piece in how we manage our 3 small complexes in Theodore, AL daily. You will be on a critical team that is responsible for helping to ensure that our tenants have the best possible rental experience.

Roles and Responsibilities:
