Job summary

Rausch-Services-Group-Inc is seeking a hands-on Customer Service Superintendent to coordinate repairs, manage warranty activities, and ensure homes are at their best for tenants. You’ll be the go-to person for delivering Service of the Second Mile and working closely with our property managers and trusted trade partners.

In this role you’ll oversee inspections, tenant turns, and daily service operations, while coordinating with managers to keep properties in top shape.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in construction or maintenance.
• Ability to lead trade partners and work with managers.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic database software.
• Strong problem‑solving and service mindset.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and move objects.
