Job summary

Billingsley Company is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist/Leasing for Thousand Oaks to drive leasing and deliver exceptional resident experiences. You will engage with prospects and residents, present property features, and coordinate with the Customer Experience Manager to optimize renewals and performance.

You will manage inquiries, prepare leases, and maintain accurate CRM records while upholding the company’s standards of excellence and community appearance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales, service, or hospitality preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with RealPage or similar property management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Showcase and lease Billingsley Collection homes and rental spaces with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Respond promptly to online inquiries and prospect phone calls, with timely follow-up.
• Support resident retention by pursuing renewals and assisting with retention initiatives.
• Accurately prepare and input leasing documents into the resident database.
• Maintain the pristine appearance of the community and individual apartments to welcome guests.
