Job summary

CP Group in Florida seeks a Tenant Experience Coordinator to be the primary contact for tenants and key external vendors, driving amenities, events, vendor outreach and partnerships.

You will manage communications between property management, tenants, and vendors; organize annual tenant meetings; develop programs; and assist with newsletters, website updates, and the tenant handbook to enhance the building's tenant experience.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a customer-facing role.
• Real estate or commercial property background.
• Hospitality experience preferred with high-touch service.
• Experience as Leasing Administrator or Sales Associate.
• Proficient in Social Media, Mailchimp, Canva and PowerPoint.
• Excellent writing and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between Property Management and tenants.
• Lead communications to/from tenants, vendors and reps.
• Obtain tenant info for contacts and manage gifts/recognition.
• Distribute Welcome Packages and tenant handbook.
• Distribute tenant event updates and flyers.
• Develop discount programs with local businesses for tenants.
• Greet tenants daily 8am–9am and maintain the amenity guide.
• Organize annual tenant meetings and collect feedback.
• Support ESG health & wellness initiatives at property level.
• Seek community outreach opportunities (e.g., Toys for Tots).
