Qualifikationen

• 5–7 years in community programming, hospitality, or tenant engagement.
• Designed and delivered tenant or community programs at scale.
• Managed at least one direct report: set goals, provided feedback.
• Strong communications, writing, and on-brand content.
• Organizational discipline: manage multiple programs simultaneously.

Aufgaben

• Design and execute a dynamic calendar of tenant events focused on building community and engagement.
• Manage all aspects of community events including budgeting, vendor management, onsite execution, and reporting.
• Manage event marketing: update tenant app, signage, and building newsletter.
• Own the tenant experience app: content, audience management, notices, adoption strategy, partnerships.
• Oversee amenity supplies: ordering, restocking, inventory, and cleanliness.
• Support leasing teams in showcasing building amenities.
• Deliver on Surprise and Delight and monthly interaction standards.
