Job summary

JLL is seeking a Community Manager – Tenant Experience Manager for Keystone Crossing in Indianapolis. You will elevate tenant life by planning upscale events, driving engagement via the campus app, and onboarding new tenants with personalized tours.

You will partner with property teams, manage budgets, coordinate AV for meetings, and help craft a vibrant, connected workplace culture that positions Keystone Crossing as a premier business destination.

Qualifications

• Proven experience planning and executing large-scale campus events for 200–400+ attendees.
• Strong budgeting, tracking and annual operational/event financials.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and brand ambassador presence.
• Self-starter with autonomous yet collaborative work style.
• Comfort with workplace tech, mobile apps, and AV equipment.
• Strong organizational/project management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as the welcoming face of Keystone Crossing and build tenant relationships.
• Plan, market, and execute upscale tenant events and campus activations.
• Oversee the Keystone Crossing App and assist tenants with setup.
• Lead onboarding for new tenants and coordinate meetings with decision-makers.
• Provide hands-on support for meetings and troubleshoot AV setups.
• Manage the annual tenant experience budget and vendor coordination.
• Collaborate with onsite teams to reflect tenant feedback in operations.
