We’re seeking a professional, solution‑oriented Leasing Consultant to serve as a rental property specialist for Keystone and the property management team. In this role, you’ll guide prospective and current residents through property tours, lease terms, applications, negotiations, renewals, and move‑ins while ensuring compliance and a top‑tier resident experience. This will be at our new property The Benjamin located in Lawrence, Indiana.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage leases for prospective and existing residents
• Coordinate property tours, follow‑ups, and CRM/database updates
• Process rental applications and execute lease agreements
• Prepare lease documentation and coordinate move‑ins
• Respond to leads, conduct property inspections, and support resident inquiries
• Plan and implement marketing strategies to drive property traffic
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local rental regulations

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED
• 1+ year experience as a Leasing Consultant in property management or real estate
• Strong knowledge of leasing regulations and compliance
• Experience managing leases for high‑volume properties
• Proficiency in MS Office and property management software
• Excellent communication, organization, and time‑management skills
• Ability to meet targets and work independently or collaboratively

Preferred

• Additional leasing experience
• Knowledge of property management rules and regulations
• Experience with Yardi software

Weekends are required and rotate with the staff.
