Job summary

Centennial is seeking a Tenant Coordinator to work with the VP Tenant Coordination, coordinating all activities related to the construction and build-out of tenant spaces. You will track information from LOI to tenant allowance payments and collaborate with Leasing on negotiations.

The role requires reviewing drawings, coordinating with architects, GCs, and tenants, selecting contractors, and ensuring on-time, on-budget project delivery while managing budgets and vendor compliance.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in commercial construction industry.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Strong communication and analytical skills with creative thinking.

Responsibilities

• Track tenant information from LOI through tenant allowance payments.
• Coordinate Lease negotiations with Leasing Department and Tenant.
• Review drawings and submittals; submit comments to architects/GCs/tenants and secure approvals.
• Select contractors through bidding and negotiation.
• Expedite review and approval of tenant submittals (shop drawings, signage, storefront).
• Issue timely correspondence to tenants per lease requirements.
• Advise leasing on lease exhibits.
• Coordinate landlord drawings and MEPs for Tenant build-out requirements.
• Oversee Tenant construction build-out to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Manage budgets and forecast expenses; ensure vendors adhere to.
