• 3-5 years’ experience in commercial construction industry.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Track tenant information from LOI through payment of tenant allowance.
• Work with Leasing Department and Tenant during Lease negotiation.
• Review tenant drawings and submit comments to architects, GCs, and tenants.
