• Bachelor's degree required in any field; business/real estate preferred.
• 5+ years of people management.
• Excellent interpersonal communication, leadership and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated process improvement, continual improvement skills.

Responsabilidades

• Creatively solve problems to ensure the market's offices operate efficiently and effectively.
• Hire, onboard, and evaluate administrative and office operations support staff.
• Provide leadership, mentoring and supervision to admin and office operations staff.
• Oversee purchasing and maintenance of office supplies/equipment, telecoms, facilities, and business continuity planning.
• Solicit and negotiate vendor bids, contracts, and pricing.
• Coordinate workload between Broker support and Administrators as needed.
• Draft and finalize budget with Managing Principal, FP&A and Regional Director of Operations.
• Promote a culture of compliance within the office and CRM updates.
• Gather input on wins, pipeline activity, recruiting, attrition, and capital spend at pre-budget meetings.
• Update pipeline information with staff and project coordinators as needed.
• Track expenses related to deals and ensure policy compliance in Expense system.
• Review business cases for necessity of expenditure.
