Base pay range

$25.00/yr - $31.00/yr

Work Schedule

Training: 1st shift until further notice, Monday-Thursday 5:00am-3:30pm.

Post-Training Shift: 2nd shift, Monday-Thursday 3:30pm-2:15am.

Job Summary

This position is responsible for welding set up, operations, and activities, demonstrating core competencies in safety, quality, production, and behavior.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Perform MIG or TIG welding in flat and horizontal positions.
  • Load and unload robotic welders.
  • Read and interpret drawings and engineering prints.
  • Use manufacturing software (Epicor) accurately.
  • Inspect parts for quality and adherence to standards.
  • Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and cranes.
  • Maintain safety, cleanliness, and quality standards.
  • Complete required documentation and reports.
  • Support team members and follow company policies.
  • Work overtime as needed and maintain consistent attendance.
Levels and Certifications

Levels I-III with increasing responsibilities, including robotic programming and certification requirements.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 1+ year relevant experience or vocational training for Level I.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience for Lead role.
  • Ability to obtain AWS certification and MIG certifications within two months.
Physical & Work Environment
  • Frequent walking, bending, and use of hands.
  • Lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Moderate to high noise level.
