Tig Welder Qualifications:

1. 1-2 year minimum experience performing tig welding operations to repair defects on aluminum or steel parts.

This job position is physically demanding, requiring repetitive duties such as:

1. LIFTING/CARRYING: 60 LBS.
2. POSTURE/MOVEMENTS: Push/Pull 60 lbs. Stand, walk, bend, stoop, twist at waist, climb, crawl, crouch, kneel, squat, bend neck forward/upward, reaching overhead, with outstretched arms.
3. HAND WORK: Repetitive use of right and left hands with pinch/grasp force.
4. ENVIRONMENTAL EXPOSURES: Extreme heat, molten aluminum, fire, dust, fumes, gases, odors, vibration, mechanical moving equipment. Ability to work in our foundry manufacturing facility is required.

You must be able to operate a computer to access training & work instructions, and follow all processes and procedures for the foundry production job.

These positions are permanent, on 2nd shift (2pm to 10pm, Monday to Friday). Training may be completed on 1st shift (6am to 2pm).

You must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, dependable with a good attendance record, and have a positive attitude.

Pay & Benefits

We offer TOP PAY for experience, ranging from $24.02 to $28.02 per hour. Hours are 2nd shift, 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm, with a $1.00 shift differential.
