Position Details:

  • Pay based on weld test performance, ranging from $25-31/hour ($25-34 with premiums).
  • Schedule: 4/10 (Monday – Thursday), second shift 3PM-1AM, with a $3.00 shift differential.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform welding operations following established procedures and specifications.
  • Set up, operate, and maintain welding equipment.
  • Interpret blueprints and drawings.
  • Ensure the quality of welded components.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification preferred.
  • 2-3 years of welding experience, proficient in MIG and TIG welding.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and welding symbols.
  • Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and knowledge of welding safety procedures.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills; ability to work independently.
