Job summary

Dexian seeks an experienced Temporary Talent Acquisition Partner to support Technology. You will act as a strategic talent advisor, partnering with hiring leaders to deliver end-to-end recruitment for highly specialized technology and engineering roles.

In this fast-paced, on-site role, you will manage complex requisitions, build pipelines, influence stakeholders, and deliver measurable hiring outcomes while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in recruiting for technology, software, engineering, AI, robotics, autonomy, or other highly technical skill areas.
• HS Diploma required.
• No internships counted as job experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the confidence to advise hiring leaders and move searches quickly.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to simplify complex technical hiring requirements.
• High urgency, ownership, and resilience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of specialized Technology requisitions from intake through offer.
• Proactively source and pipeline for hard-to-fill technology roles using market mapping and targeted outreach.
• Screen and assess candidates against technical requirements, motivation, location, compensation, and fit.
• Partner with hiring managers through regular updates and calibration conversations to keep searches moving.
• Coordinate interview activity, manage candidate communication, and support offer preparation.
• Maintain accurate data in recruiting systems and provide reporting on risks and next steps.
