Job summary

Dexian is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to source, screen, and interview top technical talent for a Fortune 100 FinTech firm. You will partner with hiring managers, build candidate pipelines, and ensure we hire the best candidates to meet client needs.

You will manage the full lifecycle of recruiting, from creating compelling descriptions to negotiating offers, while promoting inclusion and driving results in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

3+ years of full lifecycle technical recruiting experience required.
4+ years of full lifecycle technical recruiting experience preferred.
PHR certification preferred.
Experience consulting with multiple hiring managers and building relationships.
Ability to influence and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand talent needs.
Manage full lifecycle recruiting and deliver hiring outcomes, including descriptions, sourcing, marketing, screening, and offers.
Develop and execute sourcing plans to identify and recruit top talent.
Collaborate across a team of recruiters to promote inclusion and a high-performance culture.
Provide recruiting data and updates to leadership and HR partners.
