Job summary

Dexmate is seeking a hands-on People Operations & Recruiting Partner to partner with business leaders across recruiting, employee operations, and day-to-day people support. You will keep recruiting moving, support employees and managers, and ensure onboarding, HR systems, and lifecycle processes are executed quickly and accurately.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys getting things done, can switch between sourcing, coordinating interviews, and improving workflows with AI and automation,

Qualifications

• 3+ years in recruiting, recruiting operations, and HR/People Operations.
• Experience managing workflows from sourcing to onboarding.
• Experience with HRIS, payroll or benefits coordination.
• Ability to source and screen candidates personally.
• Strong knowledge of ATS, HRIS, scheduling, and documentation.
• Experience using AI or automation to improve efficiency.
• Excellent execution, responsiveness, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work on-site in Santa Clara, CA.

Responsibilities

• Manage core employee lifecycle processes, including preboarding, onboarding, employee changes, leave administration, performance-cycle coordination, and offboarding.
• Coordinate with payroll, benefits, immigration, legal, finance, IT, and external vendors to resolve operational issues.
• Serve as a responsive first point of contact for day-to-day employee questions and ensure issues are followed through to resolution.
• Support managers with onboarding plans, employee communications, performance processes, engagement initiatives, and other people-related needs.
• Help build practical, scalable HR processes that support a growing organization without adding unnecessary bureaucracy.
