Job summary

Dexian is seeking a results-driven Talent Acquisition professional in McLean, VA to partner with hiring managers and leads to understand unique talent needs and deliver top candidates. You will manage the full lifecycle recruiting process, create compelling descriptions, and build diverse pipelines.

You will collaborate with a team of recruiters, use data to report progress, and employ innovative sourcing strategies to fill high-level and specialty roles efficiently.

Qualifications

• 3 years full life cycle technical recruiting experience required.
• 4+ years full life cycle technical recruiting experience preferred.
• 2+ years of experience consulting with multiple hiring managers at once.
• Ability to influence and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to use innovative techniques to attract and recruit diverse talent.
• Experience in compensation and general HR requirements as related to hiring.
• Must be able to be full desk and source candidates.
• Must be able to manage the day and maintain candidate relationships.
• Influential communicator, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently to meet hiring needs/produce results.
• 3+ years of experience in Recruiting Strategy: Collaborate with recruiting managers and peers to develop and implement recruiting strategy.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and business, group, or organization leads, and key stakeholders to understand unique talent needs.
• Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process and hiring deliverables including creating compelling position descriptions, sourcing diverse candidate pipelines, marketing our talent brand, screening candidates, advising on the process, and negotiating offers.
• Candidate management - develop and execute sourcing plans to identify and recruit top talent, from identification to offer extension and closing.
• Work cross-functionally across a team of recruiters and promote a culture of inspiration, empowerment, and inclusion.
• Leverage recruiting data to provide status updates and hiring results to leadership and HR partners.
• Source stellar candidates using search engines, career sites, events, and other sourcing techniques.
• Provide recruiting services in accordance with our processes, standards, and systems.
• Manage recruiting for high level/difficult positions and complex client groups.
• Self-directed execution of full life cycle recruiting with time-to-fill focus.
• Develop effective sourcing strategies to maintain a continuous flow of quality candidates.
• Influence candidates and clients; autonomous strategies including networking and niche social networking.
• Act as recruiting partner and SME to leadership and stakeholders.
• Identify root-cause solutions to complex recruiting issues and implement them.
• Address ambiguous situations drawing on SME skills.
• Screen and counsels candidates, coach hiring team, and negotiate the close.
• Facilitate formal consensus meetings with the hiring team.
