Must have a flexible schedule and be available for varied shifts and days throughout the week. Duties include: welcoming visitors, answering multiple calls/lines simultaneously, and using Microsoft Word & Excel to complete various tasks. Previous experience answering multiple lines preferred. The right person for this job will be friendly, trustworthy, a team player, good multi-tasker, and be available at short notice. Training will be provided. All successful applicants must pass a post-offer drug screen, pre-employment physical, 2-step mantox TB screen, and a PA criminal background check (FBI if applicable).
