Job summary

Macy's is seeking a Temporary Senior Recruiter to support salaried recruitment for a 3-6 month assignment. You will source, screen, and interview candidates, collaborating with hiring managers to meet staffing needs in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, talent identification, and the ability to thrive under pressure, with proficiency in LinkedIn, Indeed, Oracle ATS, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Candidates with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to access and review written and electronic information and move within the work environment as needed to carry out responsibilities.
• Able to work a flexible schedule based on department and company needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, researching, and recruiting talent up to the time of offer.
• Strategize with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to attract top external talent.
• Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience.
• Represent Macy’s professionally in the marketplace and establish the brand as the go-to contact for external talent interested in Macy’s planning opportunities.
• Maximize the use of recruiting tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed and the Oracle Applicant Tracking System.
• Find additional networking opportunities to attract top talent, including talent communities, and alternative job boards.
• Establish, cultivate, and maintain strong working relationships with HRBPs to understand business unit recruitment needs and create a partnership that ensures a seamless hiring process.
• Embrace the Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence culture, mindset, and behavior.
• Maintain regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Foster an environment of acceptance and respect that strengthens relationships, and ensures authentic connections with colleagues, customers, and communities.
