The Opportunity :
The Cambridge Rindge and Latin School seeks a clerk to join its caring and innovative community. The clerk will work in the school’s main office, reporting directly to the Principal, and is responsible for performing a variety of clerical functions required for the smooth and effective operation of the school campus. Your Skill Set :
The ability to work both independently and collaboratively with office staff, school-wide personnel, and students and families is essential. Secondary school experience is preferred. Requires multi-tasking abilities amongst handling student, family, and staff needs on a daily basis within the Main Office setting; demonstrated experience working with computers using email, word processing, and spreadsheets; familiarity with the CPSD Aspen database system, Red Rover or other online substitute tracking platform, Novatime payroll software, and Google Suite is desirable.
