Job Description

The CRLS Textbook Tracking Assistant will assist with the implementation of an automated textbook tracking system at CRLS.

Key responsibilities include:

Counting, labeling, moving and shelving books;
Data entry;
Facilitating communication between the ICTS Department, faculty, and Deans.

This position will work with and oversee the textbook tracking of CRLS’s English Language Arts, Mathematics, Science, and Social Studies textbooks.

Minimum Requirements

CRLS staff member preferred.

Contract Details

Length of Contract: July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027

Contract Amount: Not exceed $5,250.00

Payment: Hourly rate dependent on collective bargaining agreement or individual hourly rate. Non‑exempt employees working over 40 hours a week will be paid time and a half for overtime.
