Job summary

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification in good standing with BACB.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with non-behavior analytic providers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct behavior analytic services for students identified by the district and BCBA.
• Follow prescribed behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs.
• Collect, record, and summarize data on targeted student behavior.
• Assist with training on student’s individualized behavior intervention programs.
• Maintain student confidentiality and adhere to ethical requirements.
