TrulyHired in Norwich, CT is seeking a Temporary Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide direct behavior analytic services for a specific student under BCBA supervision. This is a temporary assignment with potential for full-time employment based on district needs.
The RBT will implement behavior intervention plans, collect data, and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff to support student outcomes while adhering to IDEA and state regulations.
*TEMPORARY POSITION*
This is a temporary Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) position established to provide individualized behavioral support to meet the needs of a specific student. The position is temporary; however, there may be an opportunity for full-time employment based on district needs.
The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) provides direct behavior analytic services for special education students enrolled in educational programs under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA); assists with training regarding behavior intervention techniques for paraprofessionals and parents/guardians; and implements plans that conform to IDEA, Connecticut law and regulations, as well as other applicable statutes and regulations.
