Job summary
Raptor Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Operations Coordinator to build accurate quotes in Salesforce CPQ and work across Contracts, Legal, and Finance for smooth deal handoffs. This 4-month, full-time role offers potential extension and requires strong analytics and documentation experience.
The ideal candidate will proficiently manage CPQ configurations, ensure quote accuracy, and drive process improvements while collaborating with multiple teams.
Qualifications
- Experience building accurate quotes in Salesforce CPQ.
- Strong analytics and documentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate with Contracts, Legal, and Finance.
- Proven SOP writing and process optimization experience.
- Excellent attention to detail with high quote accuracy (≥ 98%).
Responsibilities
- Create and deliver Salesforce CPQ quotes from sales inputs with correct ARR.
- Apply standard discount rules and flag nonstandard requests for approval.
- Generate final quote documents within SLA (<24 business hours).
- Coordinate with Contracts to reflect SLAs, T&Cs in quotes as needed.
- Work with Legal on contract language and exceptions for routing.
- Collaborate with Finance to validate Billing and revenue details before quotes.
- Review quotes for completeness and accuracy; document adjustments in Salesforce.
- Draft SOPs for CPQ processes and maintain templates and guides.
- Identify process gaps and suggest small enhancements to reduce errors.
