The role drives CPQ improvements, ensures accuracy, and partners across Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Business Systems to standardize go-to-market processes. The ideal candidate will have CPQ configuration and testing experience, strong Excel skills, and a track record of cross-functional collaboration in a fast-moving B2B SaaS

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Quoting, or Quote-to-Cash in B2B SaaS.
• 1+ years of people management experience or readiness for a first leadership role.
• Hands-on CPQ configuration, testing, and troubleshooting experience.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to maintain pricing calculators.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of analysts responsible for quotes and proposals with SLAs.
• Own CPQ testing, configurations, and improvements across pricing models.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and IT to standardize GTM processes.
• Provide self-serve resources (FAQs, templates) to reduce ad hoc requests.
