• Maintain staff presence in residence halls, including evenings and weekends.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents, families, and campus partners.
• Monitor residence halls for safety and a welcoming environment.
• Support housing processes such as room changes and check-ins/outs.
• Plan and assist residence hall programs focused on student success.
• Perform other housing and Student Success duties as assigned.
