Qualifications

• Must be a currently enrolled student in good academic and conduct standing.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to use computer systems, including StarRez and other platforms, as trained.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Prior customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Availability to work the overnight shift.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Greet and assist residents, visitors, and callers with a professional demeanor; provide accurate information; uphold standards and respond to inquiries with care.
• Administrative Duties: Check in and log guests using StarRez; verify IDs; log and document visits and incidents; assist with tasks for Hall Director.
• Safety & Security: Monitor access; report suspicious activity; ensure doors are locked and the building remains secure.
• Professionalism: Arrive on time, wear appropriate attire and name tag; adhere to policies; maintain FERPA confidentiality.
