Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and visitors with a warm, professional demeanor.
• Log guests using StarRez and verify IDs upon entry.
• Enforce quiet hours and maintain accurate visitor records.
• Assist with administrative duties and incident documentation as assigned.
• Report suspicious activity or facility issues to staff or University Police; maintain FERPA confidentiality.
