Job summary

Irvine Company Apartment Communities is seeking a Community Relations Representative to serve as the first on-site contact for residents, fostering positive relationships and ensuring smooth move-in and move-out experiences.

You will handle resident questions, coordinate with maintenance, document transactions, and use technology to improve efficiency. Travel between communities is required daily; a valid CA driver's license and insurance are needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Google Suite.
• 1-3 years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by proactively addressing residents' questions and concerns.
• Maintain community common areas to company standards and identify hazards.
• Complete resident services tasks and document accurately in the operating platform.
• Drive efficiency by adopting and maximizing the use of new technologies.
• Ensure smooth move-in and move-out processes and resident retention.
• Coordinate with on-site teams to resolve issues promptly.
