Job summary

Irvine Company Apartment Communities seeks an on-site Community Relations Representative to be the first contact for residents and to foster positive relationships across properties.

The role focuses on managing communication, coordinating move-in/out, supporting resident retention, and resolving questions and concerns with a customer-first approach. Travel between communities may be required daily.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and strong communication/interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Google Suite and common office software.
• Preferred education includes a High School Diploma or GED and 1–3 years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating needs and resolving questions promptly.
• Maintain clean, safe community areas and identify potential hazards.
• Complete admin resident services tasks and document them in the operating platform.
• Leverage technology to drive efficiency and improve processes.
