Harris Computer is seeking a remote-friendly Supply Chain Coordinator for a temporary assignment in Arizona. The role runs mid-November through mid-February, 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM MST.

You will support order management, quotes, invoicing, and customer rollouts while coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely execution. The ideal candidate will reside in Arizona, be able to commit to the schedule, and bring strong organizational and communication skills, with

Qualifications

• Must reside in Arizona and be available during MST working hours.
• Available for full mid-November to mid-February timeframe.
• Experience in supply chain, order management, or customer operations preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• CRM software experience is a plus (Salesforce).

Responsabilités

• Create and manage product SKUs.
• Generate and send quotes for add-on orders.
• Place add-on and demo orders for customers.
• Track orders through delivery; add serial numbers to databases.
• Assist with new customer rollouts and smooth setup.
• Support renewals and subscription changes.
• Process one-time invoices.
• Coordinate equipment returns and swaps as needed.
• Maintain accurate records across systems.
• Communicate proactively with internal teams and customers.
