Job summary

Harris Computer is seeking a remote, temporary support specialist from Arizona for the mid-November to mid-February window. The role focuses on order management, quotes, and logistics coordination, with a 40-hour work week (8:00 AM–5:00 PM MST).

Ideal candidates will have experience in supply chain, strong organization, and excellent communication skills; Salesforce experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must reside in Arizona and be available during MST working hours.
• Commit to full mid-November to mid-February timeframe.
• Experience in supply chain, order management, or customer operations preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and strong organizational skills.
• CRM software experience, Salesforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage product SKUs.
• Generate and send customer quotes for add-ons.
• Place add-on and demo orders for existing customers.
• Track orders through delivery and add product serial numbers to databases.
• Assist with new customer rollouts and smooth setup.
• Support existing customer renewals.
• Assist with subscription plan changes.
• Process customer one-time invoices.
• Support equipment returns and swaps, coordinating logistics.
• Maintain accurate records across relevant systems.
• Communicate proactively with internal teams and customers.
